A Medical Examination comprises of the following:
All medicals are risk based in accordance with the OHS Act 85 of 1993 –
- Comprehensive Medical Questionnaire
- Psychological Questionnaire
- Full physical examination
- Vision screening (Snellen / Keystone)
- Spirometry (Lung Function Test)
- Audiometry (Hearing Test)
- Referral if indicated
- Height Screening (if working on heights)
- Fitness Certificate (if declared fit for duty)
- Annexure 3 (to be supplied by company – completed)
- Any other additional screenings required
- File reviewed and signed off by Occupational Medical Practitioner
